SHIPPING:  For single pieces, shipping is included within USA, usps mail. For larger orders, please contact me first.  Florida shipments have sales tax added. I try to ship out within a day or two unless I am traveling. Let me know if you are in a rush.

INSURANCE: If you want to add insurance, please pay for this when you checkout at Paypal. Include a note to me.

RETURNS:  I try to package and ship jewelry securely, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately about returning it. Otherwise, I generally have a 'final sale' policy.

All jewelry should be stored properly and protected from scratches, chemicals, sprays, dips, chlorine, etc. Items created in sterling or .999 fine silver may need occasional polish with silver cloth only. Items with 24K overlay should never be polished. If necessary, simply rinse in water with drop of detergent and wipe gently dry.
